This is how our design sprint works.
The Design Sprint process has five phases through which our moderators will guide you step by step. Each one individually and all together, you will learn to use your full potential.

1. Identify Problems
Break your problem down into parts to understand it and set a clear sprint goal.

2. Outline Solutions
You start by sketching and refining solutions. Lots of solutions.

3. Make Decisions
Your team decides on the best solution and begins to work it out in detail.

4. Rapid Prototyping
Build a realistic prototype for your solution.

5. Testing with Target Goups
You test your prototype with your target group and evaluate your findings.
The result
After the design sprint, you will have collected all the AHA, OHO and OHNO moments from your target group and can make a safe decision: Build the solution or adapt it again and use what you have learned for a new sprint round.
Traditionally, the five phases are spread over the days from Monday to Friday. We have developed individual formats for you that you can implement with the team in a much shorter time.
